Prefinished with a UV Oil finish so that it is ready to go, saving the step of finishing once the flooring is installed. The UV Oil finish enhances the beauty of wood by bonding with the wood fibers (rather than creating a barrier on top of it) to create a finish that is part of the wood.
Engineered allows for quicker (better) installation, more applications (nail-down, glue-down, or float) and increased stability.
